Notes: How the story was given. This story is exactly how I relived it while in Rome. I went there in the late summer of 2001 with a group who was visiting on a spiritual mission. When Portia came to me for the first time the event happened exactly as explained in the Prologue. She didn’t say anything at that time, but allowed me to see how she was dressed and gave me a picture of the arch that was at the entranceway to her home. The arch was covered in marble and very beautiful. At the time I didn’t know where this home was located. The group I traveled with rode in silence to the different locations on our visit, as it was our habit to meditate during the silence. That in itself was an interesting sight! A bus full of people not saying a word. I am not sure our guide knew what to make of that. During this time Portia would give me an overview for the day of what would be dictated to me at night when we got back to the hotel. Many times when I was taken to a place, I could look at it through her eyes and emotions. After the group left, I had two days to myself in the city. Portia had me go the Piazza del Campidoglio. An imposing staircase built by Michelangelo approaches the piazza. I had felt so many of her feelings of pain and suffering while in Rome, and she said she wanted me to see some of the glories of her city. As one goes up the steps and looks towards the top, you can see two enormous marble statues on either side of the steps. These statues are of Castor and Pollux with their horses. They reminded me of Flavius because they had a perfection of body and had his curls. I visited the Musel Capitolini, and saw some of the magnificent displays of Roman art and sculpture. On the top floor of the museum is an entranceway to an exceptionally beautiful scene of the city. Perhaps this scene has a vantage point of being one the highest in the city and the view is breathtaking. I sat and looked at the magnificent view on a wonderful sunny day and Portia dictated about half of this information to me. I was looking at this beautiful city and she spoke of Flavius’ execution and all I could do was cry, as I felt every one of their emotions. I saw Caesar sitting in the chair as she screamed at her father that he was a son of a jackal. I could see Caesar rearranging his robes and walking over to her and coldly telling her she should have brought this to her father’s attention before Caesar became aware of the situation.
Portia’s Home The next day I hired a guide. At this point, I knew Portia had lived on the Apian Way. While our group was riding in silence one morning, we passed an area that I ‘felt’ was her home. My guide for the group trip told me when we got off the bus that we had passed a portion of the Apian Way. The guide I hired privately said that there was only one mention in a tour book that Julius Caesar had a summer home near Rome. However, there was no mention of where it was. My Italian speaking guide asked one of the cab drivers if he were aware of Caesar’s summer home. The ‘cabby’ said Caesar had several homes and was going to take us to La Villa di Massenzio first. As we traveled down the Apian Way on our journey, it seemed just the right width for chariots moving back and forth to the city. There are still some spots where the ruts from the wheels can be seen. With some imagination, you can be transported back in time to ancient Rome. When we pulled up to the villa, I didn’t recognize the arch at first because the marble had been removed since Portia’s time. However, when I walked through the arch and I felt the essence of the earth, I knew it was her home. The booklet I purchased gave a description of the layout of the property. I asked my guide Rich where the living quarters were located. He pointed to the area and I could still see the round room where Portia slept. When Portia talked about her room and moonlight coming in through the window, I had seen the shape of the room and thought it strange that the room was round and the window small. Here at the villa, over 2000 years later, I was seeing her private space through my eyes in present time. I saw where the gardens were located and the path that Flavius would have taken to reach her where she would have been waiting for him. I could feel again the pain in her heart as his son was growing in her body and she was grieving for her executed lover. Even now as I record this, her pain is so great in me. For some reason now that I am back home, Flavius is the one who communes with me, and she stands behind him. While editing the story, sometimes I still cry a lot, and he tells me that they are happy and together and not to cry. However, that doesn’t help because I can still feel her emotions from long ago.
Hadrian I was explaining to my guide Rich that people will perhaps reincarnate every 200-400 years. Flavius’ objective was to introduce the light codes to the people of his time for spiritual advancement. Since the dark forces had thwarted his goal, spirit had compensated for this change by bringing the codes to his son Augustus for implementation. Rich was giving me some history lessons about the rise and fall of the empire and said that Hadrian could be the next Emperor to bring advancement to the people according to my theory. At the moment, I was so close to Flavius and Portia, there was no room for any other person’s history. After checking with my son in spirit, who acts as my personal guide, I went with Rich to Tripoli to find out about Hadrian. My son told me that it was intended that I go, that he had influenced Rich to give me this information. It took a while to get there as the traffic was heavy. We passed marble mines where the Romans had quarried much of the marble for their buildings. It was a rather long walk to get to the top of the hill where Hadrian’s villa was located. As we walked up the hill, I could see that this property was sheltered by mountains on one side. As I looked at the shape of the property, I could tell that it would have been located on a vortice. I explained to Rich that shapes on this planet pull in energies from the sun and earth in a balanced manner and have an effect on the body because they are intensified by the arrangement. I told him to become aware of the feelings of peace and try and feel it in the area of the forehead above the eyes. This area would be what one would call the third eye, or corpus collosum. As soon as I approached the villa, I felt drawn towards a certain area. I asked Rich where this was leading me and he said to the living quarters. I knew that this was the right place to go. I found a beautiful room and I knew that someone had lived there who followed the Isis-Mother cult. We then found the scroll room next to the ‘priestess’ room. I knew this was what I was led here to find. Looking next to the quarters, I could see the building concepts according to the ideas of Sacred Geometry. There were circles representing the female principal, and the straight lines to represent the male principal. There was the water to collect the energies from the sun. All of these were arranged to reflect perfection on the human frame. It looked like the remains of what would be a sitting area in the middle. The complex is so huge that there wasn’t enough time to explore more of what was there. However, I found enough to realize that this was the home of the priestess that encouraged Hadrian for the next advancement of the human race. It wasn’t until I got back home that the information was given to me about Hadrian. Hadrian’s RomeI found that Hadrian was responsible for much building during the time he was Emperor. Hadrian was responsible for rebuilding the Pantheon, and I was particularly attracted to it. When I got back and the part was dictated to me about Hadrian and his role in trying to bring the codes of perfection to the human body, I remembered the information that the priestess transferred to him. The opening in the roof allowed the rain to come in and carry the cosmic rays to the people below. The building has a circular plan and hemispherical dome. The diameter of the dome is 43.30 meters; equal to its maximum height from the floor. The Pantheon is composed of straight lines and circles for balance and sits upon a vortice. The rest you have read in the story. Flavius AgainI had some questions about Flavius and Portia. I couldn’t find a historical record concerning Flavius. I thought it would be easy to find him since Mark Antony had taken his place. Flavius seemed to be a common name for the times and no one stood out in the records. However, I remembered his helmet and found a picture showing that this helmet would have been worn by a general in the Calvary. I started with the date of Octavian’s birth and all the dates fell in place as shown in the time line. What I found of interest was that there were disturbances in Rome and an attempt on Caesar’s life during the time in question. This seemed significant to me because Caesar wasn’t in Rome too often. Many times he was away fighting wars and on other Roman business. I was confused because when I read about Pompey, he and Portia seemed to have a happy marriage. It was reported that she was a very young girl and Pompey was a middle-aged man when this marriage occurred which fit into her memories that I received. In the story I received, she was more than reluctant to marry Pompey. Flavius clarified – When the marriage was originally discussed between Pompey and Julia, sexual union was allowed to be put aside. When the marriage occurred, Pompey was such a good and loving husband, and remember that I, Flavius was next to my beautiful Portia, that she allowed a sexual union. I was not a jealous one and I knew that she was my twin soul, but I would not deny her the comfort of a home life. I understood all so well what it was like to be separated from someone that you loved and I could see that Pompey genuinely loved Portia. Who couldn’t love her, she was sweet and good. Now as far as the child was concerned…..Portia took care of the child and the child was housed in Pompey’s house. The child was not known as a bastard. This arrangement was made by Caesar as far as parentage was concerned because there could be no scandal to his name. You have read that the power struggle would be strong with Mark Antony being the leading contender for the position. The rest you know. More Research Recorded in history are some dates in the lives of Octavian and Julius Caesar. These dates show an interesting progression. Octavian is born in 63 BC. If one looks at how Caesar’s time is preoccupied with war outside of Rome and the struggles of civil war within Rome itself, there seems to be no time for Caesar to even be aware of Octavian growing up. History records him as being the child of Gauis Octavius and Aita a niece of Julius Caesar. By 48 BC Octavian is elected to pontifical college at age 15. By 46 Octavian is already taking part in a triumphal procession in Rome and being awarded military honors, even though at this time he has spent no time serving in the military. All of this would be strange indeed, unless, Octavian was really Caesar’s grandson. This story is not meant to be a history lesson, but rather a story showing how spirit has worked to elevate humanity in its struggle between the forces of light and dark. It was important for humanity to be supplied with peace and stability of government so that there would be the opportunity to work on the spiritual aspect of the soul. Flavius and Portia had enough time to work with their son and pass the light codes to him so Augustus was able to complete the mission of the parents. This Augustus did.
